This development consists of 40 side-by-side ranch style homes designed especially for seniors. Three distinct floor plans are offered, ranging in size from 1364 square feet to 1677 square feet. All three units can be paired together with each other to create visual diversity throughout the project.  Convenient, universal design features are incorporated into all units. LJM’s services included site design, schematic floor plans, elevations, and graphics for presentations.
