About Us |

Firm History LJM Architects, Inc. dates back to 1964, when Richard Linde first established an architectural firm. LJM was formed in 1986 when Erik Jensen and Michael Marcheske joined Richard Linde in practice. In 1987, LJM acquired the property and files of W. C. Weeks, Inc., an architectural firm with 139 years of history in the Sheboygan area. The archives of Weeks' drawings are maintained at LJM and provide historical reference and influence for our work. Project Expertise Currently, LJM offers architectural and consulting services for a variety of project types with a continuing commitment to provide quality service to the company's clients. LJM has diverse experience in designing new and remodeled commercial, community, educational, hospitality, industrial, religious, residential, and sustainable buildings. Our award winning work includes the International Masonry Institute’s Wisconsin Golden Trowel Award 2002 for Best Use of Tile/Marble/Terrazzo for the Stefanie Weill Center, Wisconsin Historical Society’s Historic Preservation Certificate of Commendation for the Stefanie Weill Center, Wisconsin Builder Magazine’s Top 20 Projects of 2001 for the Stefanie Weill Center, Wisconsin Main Street’s Best Facade Rehabilitation Over $7500 for 101 Pine Street in Sheboygan Falls. Our work has also been featured in Wisconsin Architect Magazine September/October 1993 issue for the City of Sheboygan Bus Transfer Station.
